Founded as a rotational signage company with deep roots in professional sports, over the past 20 years ANC transformed into the preeminent technology service provider for stadiums, entertainment facilities, transportation hubs, and retail venues. With more than 450 employees, ANC provides media systems to and produces more than 10,000 events annually while completing more than 60 new large scale permanent video system deployments each year.
George Linardos oversees the combined ANC and former GoVision under the ANC brand for parent company Learfield IMG College. He is focused on driving growth in the Sports, Events, and Places markets, as well as expanding the company from a leading integrator of LED solutions to a more diversified experiential services organization through new opportunities such as ANC Studios and a products division.
Prior to joining Learfield, George was the founder and Chief Business Officer of Sports Illustrated Play, a youth sports technology platform that was sold to NBC Sports. Before starting SI Play, George spent four years as an SVP at Time Inc., driving digital transformation and innovation. Prior to Time Inc., George was global Vice President, Media & Games for Nokia from 2005-2011 where he was instrumental in building and leading one of the first global Appstore platforms. George originally worked in the entertainment industry as a development executive and producer for noted filmmakers Oliver Stone and Ben Stiller and helped create multiple award-winning and iconic films.
A pioneer in signage technology, Jerry Cifarelli has spent more than 35 years in marketing and advertising sales. He co-founded ANC in 1997 and has played a prominent role implementing digital signage in sports and non-sports spectaculars. Consistently exploring growth opportunities, he has spearheaded the development of strategic alliances with global Fortune 500 companies, started an ANC Private Label LED product line, and expanded the company's market presence beyond sports to retail and transportation venues. Prior to founding ANC, Cifarelli spent six years with Dorna USA, first as VP of Marketing and later as President & Chief Executive Officer, where he introduced rotational signage technology in the NBA and MLB.
Matt has served as ANC’s CFO since July 2018. Prior to ANC, Matt served as Learfield’s CFO for over 5 years. During that time, the company made 15 acquisitions (including ANC & GoVision) and completed its sale to Atairos Group. Prior to Learfield, Matt served as CFO for two broadcast media companies (London Broadcasting and Newport Television) and also held various senior finance roles at Clear Channel. He holds a graduate and undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
Mark Stross joined ANC in 1999 and spearheaded the creation of ANC's software systems, including the award-winning vSOFT operating system.
Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer, Stross oversees the Technology Department, responsible for the development of the company’s new technologies and innovative playback systems. In addition to launching vSOFT, he has combined the intellectual properties of ScorePAD, StatusPro, and Playable TV into one of the most advanced software applications in the world. Stross is a frequent contributor to the industry, serving on the Digital Signage Expo Advisory Board and speaking at events such as DSE, NAB, and IDEA.
Brad has led sales and business development teams in software, hardware, and service industries globally, working most recently as the Chief Revenue Officer at Sports Illustrated Play where he led all sales, business development, and marketing for enterprise SaaS solutions in the youth sports industry. Previously, he served as General Manager at Microsoft where he led the sales, marketing, and business development teams in their alliance with Verizon Communications. Prior to Microsoft, Brad spend nine years at Nokia during the period when it was the largest mobile hardware company in the world, first as Global Director of Business Development, and most notably in the role of Vice President, Africa where he was responsible for delivering an annual $2.5 billion P&L.
An experienced administrator, Siobhan was ANC’s first employee, having helped co-founder Jerry Cifarelli start the company in 1997. At the company’s inception, Siobhan handled any roles that were not sales or operations related. She now oversees human resources, IT, and legal functions, and works closely with senior leadership to manage correspondence and new business proposals.
Prior to ANC, Siobhan spent five years as Dorna USA’s corporate administrator, and was formerly the office manager for a medium-sized commercial real estate firm in New York City.
Jerry joined ANC in 2012 to focus on introducing ANC's turnkey technology and service solutions to the college market. He now oversees the growth of the company's college division, which registers more than $15 million of revenue annually.
Spearheading projects from the beginning of the sales process through installation, Jerry has led projects and partnership with both public and private institutions such as Quinnipiac Universtiy, Providence College, Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, Iona College, Butler University, University of Wyoming, and University of Louisville. Prior to joining ANC, Jerry was a member of the sponsorship sales department at Fenway Sports Group, which manages the rights for properties such as the Boston Red Sox, Boston College, and other New England properties.
Chris Mascatello has more than 15 years of experience in the digital signage industry. Currently he oversees the Company’s signage equipment sales and is directly involved in all large-scale venue video display system installations. Most recently, he has led the launch of ANC’s retail and transportation business segments.
Mascatello also oversees the development of new partnerships, which will increase the Company’s line of video system products and services. He initiated the operation of ANC’s first LED fascia systems and continues to keep ANC on the cutting edge of display technologies.
Kevin Faciane currently serves as Head of Events for ANC, having previously served as Partner and Vice President of Business Development for GoVision. Currently, he leads various business lines within ANC; including Custom Mobile Displays and Sales and Services within the Events division. Prior to joining GoVision, Faciane spent 15 highly successful years with the Mead Johnson Nutrition Division of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Company in senior leadership positions within the organization’s Sales and National Accounts departments where he had direct P&L and leadership responsibility for the company’s South Central U.S. operating unit. In 2008, Faciane traded his corporate, Fortune 500 career for equity positions in several closely held businesses in the food distribution, grocery, and commercial property development sectors where he found great success helping small to medium sized businesses experience “next level” growth and profitability.
Justin Raimo joined ANC in 2018 as Senior Vice President, Services, bringing 18 years’ experience in business operations and management to the company. He began his career as a Senior Managing Consultant with IMB, where he led business process transformation projects for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Verizon, AT&T, & Dunn and Bradstreet. He later joined Time Inc. as their Director of Mobile Development, helping to build their first Mobile Engineering team that created apps for 24 brands including Time, People, and Sports Illustrated. Most recently, he helped lead the creation of Sports Illustrated Play, a standalone company of Time Inc. that was started in 2014 as a technology platform and brand for the vast market of youth sports as their Head of Business Operations. Justin received his B.S. from Villanova University and his MBA from the University of Georgia.
Malik has more than ten years of experience in venue technology, specializing in sports and entertainment signage deployments. Currently, Malik is responsible for spearheading the construction and/or enhancement of venue video display systems, control rooms, as well as the deployment of ANC’s operating systems. Additionally, Malik leads the company’s initiatives into developing, partnering, and deploying new technologies and services which compliment ANC’s software packages in an effort to enhance the consumer atmosphere for our partners.
After joining ANC in 2002 as a field technician, Malik played pivotal roles in many of the company’s first LED installation projects that included both ribbon systems and video screens, such as M&T Bank Stadium, Target Center, and Quicken Loans Arena. He has also spearheaded the installations at some of the company’s highest profile projects, such as the construction of the new Nationals Park in Washington DC and the high-definition renovation of the Verizon Center. Some of the additional projects which Malik has worked on include AT&T Park, Bridgestone Arena, Verizon Center, and Arizona State University.
Joe Morgan currently serves as Vice President, Finance & Accounting. Joe brings more than 15 years experience in reporting financial information to ANC, specializing in managing the complex financials of multi-million dollar construction projects. Joe’s background managing the financials of multiple corporate mergers within ANC, including the combining of the 2019 merger of the ANC and GoVision brands, serves as the backbone to the company’s ongoing financial forecasting and reporting. His responsibilities currently include overseeing all accounting and finance activity, including financial statements, annual budgets and five-year projections, while serving as point person for annual, bank and state audits.
Since joining ANC in 1999, Colleen has played an instrumental part of the company's growth while holding various roles within the organization. Over the past five years, she has focused on developing new signage partnerships; including securing over $10 million worth of LED signage projects in venues such as Penn State University's athletic facilities. Colleen also currently oversees the company's relationship with the NBA, where ANC has rotational, DLP®, or LED courtside signage systems with 20 of the 30 teams.
Prior to being promoted through the equipment sales division, Colleen served as director of client services where she launched ANC's graphics design division which provides the company's partners with turnkey LED signage content. She has over 15 years of experience in sports, which includes overseeing the NBA’s signage programs and leading all related initiatives for the WNBA launch in 1997. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Colleen was a star member of the women’s field hockey team and served on the USOC Field Hockey Marketing Committee.
Brady Haass currently co-manages ANC’s Events Division, servicing and enhancing large-scale special events throughout the country. Brady’s event experience began in 2013 when he joined Texas-based GoVision. During that time, Brady helped support prominent national events like The Super Bowl, the past four Presidential Inaugurations, Final Four, Ryder Cup, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits Music Festival, and BottleRock. Brady’s leadership helped lead to the merger of ANC and GoVision to provide the industry with a turnkey Event and Fixed video supplier and production partner. Brady also developed strong partnerships with award-winning designers, first class producers, and network broadcast partners, helping them provide world-class video technology for their events.
Since 2005, Michael has played an integral part in the company’s expansion into a turnkey technology service provider, including its growth into new vertical markets. As Senior Vice President, Marketing, Michael oversees all of ANC’s external communications, including strategic marketing, public relations, request for proposal responses, among other priorities. Additionally, Michael is responsible for overseeing the company’s design and conceptual processes for the company’s digital media implementations. While leading the marketing department, Michael has spearheaded the development and management of ANC’s digital media design and concept team. His experience includes securing the company’s first design assist projects, as well as overseeing the creation of concepts which have been completed at iconic locations such as Westfield World Trade Center, Moynihan Train Hall, Wells Fargo Center, 277 Park Avenue, among others.

With corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas and offices around the country, Learfield IMG College provides access to licensing and multimedia sponsorship management, including publishing, radio, digital, and social media; fan engagement, ticket sales, and professional concessions expertise; branding; campus-wide business and sponsorship development; and venue technology systems.
