(Purchase, NY March 25, 2008) - ANC Sports Enterprises' new LED field level perimeter signage system debuted on ESPN2, Thursday, March 19, 2009 during the first game of the Major League Soccer season.
When the Seattle Sounders FC kicked their inaugural season off at Qwest Field, they became the first professional team to feature ANC’s 22mm LED field level perimeter system. Manufactured by ANC’s LED partner Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Vision Systems, the state-of-the-art signage is powered by ANC’s new VisionSoft 6.5 software interface. Through a multiyear agreement with the Sounders, ANC Sports will operate and create content for the LED system, which will surround approximately 460 feet of the field perimeter including one sideline and both endlines.
The Sounders FC will make history this summer when ANC upgrades the current 22mm LED system with a newly designed 16mm surface mount product in the upcoming months. Seattle will become the first professional team to feature the signage, which will be the the most advanced field level LED application of its kind in the world.

ANC Sports will operate the signage through Qwest Field’s existing VisionSOFT system, which currently controls the stadium’s LED fascia displays during Seattle Seahawks home games and other live events. ANC's patent-pending VisionSOFT interface will enable the field perimeter signage and the existing fascia system to instantaneously synchronize, delivering single uncompressed images or multiple graphics throughout the stadium.

ANC Design, a division of ANC Sports Enterprises will create all the content to be featured on the field level perimeter signage, including sponsor graphics, statistical templates and team animations. A common feature in European soccer, the Sounders FC will become the second MLS team to feature a field level LED system.
