ANC partnered with the National Basketball Association for the 10th consecutiv
eyear to feature a state-of-the-art LED signage system during the live ESPN telecast of the 2011 NBA Draft at Newark's Prudential Center. The draft concluded ANC's role within the NBA during the 2010-11 season, which included featuring courtside signage with 20 NBA teams and during the League's All-Star events. ANC Sports Introduces Real-Time Service Updates
ANC Sports Enterprises has partnered with Zendesk to expand its customer service capabilities to include real-time client updates of each of the company's signage installations. "The only way to be truly accountable is to be transparent through constant open communication, which we believe is the only way to provide the best customer service," said Mark Stross, ANC's Chief Technology Officer said in an interview with Commercial Integrator. ANC Enhances Two MLB Stadiums for 2011 Season
ANC expanded the company's relationship with the Boston Red Sox and Seattle Mariners for the 2011 Major League Baseball season. On April 8th, Fenway Park and Safeco Field unveiled new digital signage systems which enhance the gameday experience at two of the sports' most recognizable stadiums.
