Palladium Equity Partners Acquires ANC Sports
Acquisition Increases Capacity to Meet Sports Signage and Marketing Industry
(July 20, 2009 - Purchase, NY) ANC Sports Enterprises announced today Palladium Equity Partners, LLC has acquired a majority stake in the company. The transaction is part of Palladium's strategy to build a diversified set of assets in the sports, entertainment and marketing services businesses.
Jerome Cifarelli, ANC Sports’ co-founder, will remain the president and chief executive officer, while David Bialek will remain the president of ANC Sports Marketing. Cifarelli and Bialek will both retain an equity position in the business.
The transaction strengthens ANC’s leadership position in the sports signage and marketing industry with additional operational and capital support. Palladium’s new relationship with ANC will help enhance existing products and services while fostering new initiatives, such as the development of new signage systems for the company’s partners.
