(Purchase, New York, August 2, 2007) - The new LED system at AT&T Park was featured in this month's edition of Sign Business. You can view the article by clicking here.

Mitsubishi Electric created and installed the new 103 feet wide by 31.5 feet high video display for the start of the 2007 season. Mitsubishi Electric is ANC Sports Enterprises' official supplier of light emitting diode displays. The new scoreboard features 3,010,560 LEDs, a 960 x 3,136 dot resolution and a pixel pitch of 20mm physcial, 10mm visual.

While Mitsubishi was installing the new scoreboard, ANC Sports was adding an additional 220 feet of LED fascia to the ballpark which feature game animations, real-time statistics and sponsor advertisements. ANC's patent pending VisionSOFT operating system operates the 670 feet of LED fascia and is capable of interfacing with the new 3,200 square-foot scoreboard at AT&T Park. By coordinating the bottom of the scoreboard with the LED fascia system, VisionSOFT runs graphics in a 360 degree format, an effect that is typically only found in arenas or enclosed stadiums.
