Information contained on this Employee Intranet of ANC Sports’ (“ANC”) website (“the Intranet”) is CONFIDENTIAL. Employees are explicitly prohibited from the reproduction, distribution, re-publication or re-transmission of any materials posted on the Intranet without the prior permission of ANC. Any breach of this policy will be grounds for disciplinary action by ANC, up to and including dismissal. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ANC employees may download a copy of the materials on the Intranet to a single computer for personal non-commercial home use, provided there is no removal by Employee intentionally or unintentionally of any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from the materials downloaded.
