OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT TEAM

Garett Hickman | Director of Operations

Garett oversees ANC Sports’ Technical Operations, including overseeing the company’s 100+ field employees responsible for operating rotational, DLP® and LED signage applications in more than 100 venues throughout North America.   Garret’s expertise includes signage installation, maintenance, operation and troubleshooting. He can often be found traveling around the country to ensure all of ANC’s partners have the most reliable game presentation system in place.

Garett joined ANC in 2004 as the LED operator in Philadelphia, PA responsible for operating all events at the WachoviaCenter (now the WellsFargoCenter). After playing a pivotal role in the 2006 LED center-hung scoreboard and video display system renovation of the facility, he was promoted to oversee the company’s busy Northeast Region. In addition to managing ANC’s signage programs, Garett has developed expertise in the targeted digital display software from Scala, an ANC partner company.

Prior to joining ANC, he worked for Comcast-Spectacor in the ArenaVision Department at the WachoviaCenter.  He is a certified Scala technician and holds a B.S. in Electronic Media from Kutztown University.


Kevin McGraw | Logistics Manager

As Logistics Manager, Kevin is responsible for the efficient movement of ANC’s rotational signage modules across the U.S., as they travel from the venues where they are in use and return to the company’s Atlanta warehouse for regular maintenance and refurbishment. His seven years of prior experience as a journeyman electrician allows him to fine-tune the equipment. Kevin also manages the inventory of parts for all of ANC’s digital signage systems. Kevin has worked for ANC since 2004, moving through the ranks of the operations department from warehouse assistant to field operator and regional manager before taking on his present role.


Shane Chinonn-Rhoden | Regional Manager, Eastern Region

With over ten years of experience in computer science, Shane quickly mastered the operation of LED systems, and he has participated with ANC’s project management team in the installation of major LED projects such as Verizon Center and Nationals Park. Shane has studied mechanical engineering at Prince Georges Community College, and worked as a salesman and an auto mechanic prior to joining ANC in 2002. A native of Jamaica, Shane has called the DC/Baltimore area home since 1991, and his effective management of that large market led to his appointment as Regional Manager in 2008.


Colin Hanlon | Regional Manager, Western Region

Colin has been a member of ANC’s operations team since 2000. He participated in the company’s first new ballpark signage installation at Petco Park, and has worked special events such as the X Games, Dew Action Sports Tour, AVP, and Stihl Timber Sports. After graduating from California State University San Marcos with a BA in Literature and Writing and earning his MA in English Literature at National University, Colin spent time teaching at several area schools while working part-time for ANC Sports. Born and raised in California, Colin joined the company full time in 2008 to manage the Western Region from his location in San Diego.


Jason Jagodics | Regional Manager, Northern Region and Canada

One of the company’s longest-tenured employees, Jason has been promoted four times since joining ANC Sports in 1998 as a technical associate.  Most recently, Jason has played integral roles in upgrading ANC’s Canada and Northern venues to the patent-pending VisionSOFT operating system.  He also launched and administers a technical support forum for ANC’s field operators through the company’s website. Jason graduated with Honors from DeVry Institute of Technology (Toronto) with a diploma in Electronic Engineering, and he makes his home in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada.


Anthony Rizzo | Regional Manager, Central Region

Anthony joined ANC in 2001 as a field technician in the New York market. Most recently, Anthony served as a senior field technician, overseeing the maintenance and assisting field technicians with the daily operations of rotational and LED signage for M&T Bank Stadium and Camden Yards, Nationals Park, and the Verizon Center. His experience includes ANC’s LED, DLP® and rotational products, project installations, live event operations, and inventory control. Anthony is responsible for overseeing all of ANC’s existing Milwaukee, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Houston, San Antonio, Fort Wayne IN, Rio Grande Valley TX, and Austin TX venues and employees, as well as playing an integral role in all new installations in the central region.
