Providing the highest level of service in the sports industry, ANC has established several reporting procedures, including a toll-free hotline support number and operations reporting process.
24-Hour Hotline
ANC’s 24-hour TechOps Support Hotline is available to both clients utilizing ANC’s operations services and those operating the signage on their own. The hotline is staffed around-the-clock by senior technical support specialists with over 50 years of combined experience, demonstrating our commitment to provide all the resources necessary to feature premier in-game signage content at every one of your events. The Hotline ensures our clients receive immediate responses to all service concerns.
Event Reporting
ANC has developed a reporting procedure which ensures the company can react quickly to any potential signage concerns at the venue. Following every event which features ANC’s signage, a game operation report is immediately filed through the company’s Extranet platform. Emails are immediately decimated to client services, senior management and the senior technical support team to review and address any concerns at the venue. The reporting procedure is available to all venues featuring any type of ANC signage.
