Jennifer Lopez | Director, Client Services
Jen joined ANC Sports in 2004 and has provided creative direction to some of ANC’s largest clients, including successfully managing unlimited content for LED deployments with the company’s biggest graphic partners such as CONSOL Energy Center, Washington Nationals, and Verizon Center. Promoted in 2011, Jen is currently responsible for managing the Client Services Department, overseeing graphic development for new LED venues, and collaborating with the Technology Operations Department. She also works directly with the LED sales team to develop new graphic opportunities for the company with sponsors, teams and sports venues. Originally from Brewster, NY, Jen holds a B.S. in Communications from Boston College.
Chip Hofler | Account Executive
Chip joined ANC Sports in 2007 and is currently responsible for managing the company’s annual print budget, generating new printing sales, and renewing client contracts. He also serves as liaison between ANC and its client teams, leagues, advertisers, and vendors as well as its signage operators, facilitating the production of artwork to be displayed at sports venues. Chip previously worked for North Carolina Amateur Sports as the Director of the State Games of North Carolina and Sports Endeavors, Inc as a Customer Service Specialist. A native of Durham, NC, Chip graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning B.A. in History and Communication Studies.
Jenn Paonessa | Account Executive
Jenn began her career at ANC Sports in September 2009 and has played instrumental roles in several new installations, including managing the graphic needs of Penn State Rec Hall, Conseco Fieldhouse, and Safeco Field. Currently, Jenn is responsible for managing and coordinating the LED graphic and stat production for all of the company’s existing venues, as well as collaborating with the Technology Operations Department on operator’s schedules and technical issues. Prior to joining the company, Jenn worked as a marketing coordinator for Iscream: A Division of the Mines Press. She is originally from Putnam Valley, NY and graduated from Manhattanville College with a B.A. Management & Marketing, Communications Concentration.
Ryan Gregory | Account Coordinator
Ryan joined ANC Sports as a New York Regional Field Technician in 2009. After taking a leadership position during several special events in the country’s largest media market such as the NBA Draft and BNP Paribas Showdown, Ryan joined the Client Services department in 2011. Ryan is responsible for coordinating artwork among various partners while creating the department’s client reporting procedures such as timesheet summaries and season-ending reports. Ryan graduated from Pace University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance Concentration.
